Day Thirty-Getting in touch with my Mexican side

Tonight for dinner I made Doug my mom's yummy Mexican rice and her enchiladas! My mom's rice is the best Doug and I have ever had, so he told me I had to master it. I'm working on the rice, it wasn't as good as my moms, but it was dang close.
