Baby Update

so I was hoping to be in the hospital right about now getting my pitocin....but I'm sitting at home...waiting. So I called the hospital this morning because I didn't hear from them by 8am. The nurse I talked to said they were full and they don't have any beds open. I have to call again in another few hours to check again and then they will let me know IF I'll be able to get in today. UGH. SO FRUSTRATING!! I'm the one who is overdue, don't you think they would make room for me? This is what I get for choosing to deliver at Utah Valley that has a great NICU and is in the center of Provo, where everyone is birthing babies. I'm hoping and praying a few girls deliver this morning(since I'm 2 in the que of girls to come in) so a bed opens up. There is no way Doug and I can play this game with the hospital everyday until I get in. Plus remember I'm 41 weeks pregnant, so everyday that I'm still pregnant I get nervous. I'll post more baby updates later through out the day.

    Hang in there, Ash. I waited 2 days to get in for my induction. It's a big game of hurry up and wait. Go for a nice long walk, sit on an exercise ball, etc. Women who are in labor will take priority. Best of luck to you! :)

    Oh Sweet ASH, I was in the same boat with ALL of my babies. It Stinks...I Know. Hang in there. It will be amazing!!!

    Almost there! ALMOST THERE! Don't stress...it happened to Mark's sister and they got her in by like 4pm the same day...she was a nervous wreck, but they got her in...they will with you too!
