Today we all went to an old western town for a birthday party. It was the coolest thing I've seen. I've always wanted to visit an old western town and I'm so glad I did. We got to see a world champion gun twirler and she even had a bull whip and told us all about it. Then we got to go on a ride around the grounds of this place and see all the animals. They have A LOT of land and so many animals. We got to see some long horns(and we got to sit on one), they walked right up to the wagon we were riding in. It was SO cool. I'm so glad we were in town the weekend of the birthday party, it was something I would have been sad to miss.
That evening Val and I went to see Something Borrowed at the theater. It was one of the best chick flicks I've seen in a while. We were laughing out loud during the whole movie. It was nice to be out with just Valerie and have some one on one time with her.
Feeding Scarlett cake, she was eating it all up
I love this picture of Sophie and how she isn't scared to touch the long horn
The man holding the leash thingy(?) told us this is a good Christmas picture, too bad Scarlett isn't ours
Their beautiful land
Scarlett loving the animals
Just so you can see how close the animals came to us
