Day Two Hundred and Eighty-Eight-Cookies!

Tonight Doug and I made Mrs. Field's recipe cookies. We decided to make them after we had some REALLY good cookies at Bre's house at the last family dinner. Her cookies are so soft and delicious. Our cookies turned out almost just as good as Bre's cookies. The recipe made a lot of dough, so we froze some. Now when we want cookies all we have to do is defrost the dough and bake.

  1. My special trick is to do 3 cups all purpose flour and 2 1/2 cups bread flour and then I do a bag of milk chocolate and a bag of semi sweet chocolate chips. It makes the cookies go from amazing to AMAZING. :)

    PS...I also form the dough into balls and then put in in the freezer so the dough is already formed and you can just plop them onto a cookie sheet when you want them! :)
