Day Two Hundred and Eighty-Two- General Conference

Thanks to my Dad and Bishop Hartman, Doug and I were lucky enough to attend the afternoon session of General Conference. It was amazing as always to be there in person and listen to the apostles speak.

(Doug is only making this face because we watched the Friends episode the night before where Chandler can't smile right while taking pictures with Monica)

After the session, Doug and I headed to Brad and Tamara's house. We had dinner with them and Jared and Julie. Then the boys went off to Priesthood session. We had a fun night with the kids while the boys were gone. Tamara taught me how to make some really yummy pie and when the boys got home we ate some pie. We also played a big game of Settlers with everyone. It was a lot different playing with 6 people and kind of exciting. I had 8 points and was doing really well, until Tamara surprised everyone and won.

We actually spent the night at their house so we could watch Sunday sessions with them and eat their traditional conference breakfast with them. The girls were so excited Doug and I were spending the night.
