Because we were going to be at sea the whole day we decided to explore the ship and play some games. Dad brought a new fun game his secretary made up called Donkey. It's like spoons, but a lot more fun. This game with the Bell family got really intense, people were flying across the table to grab a puck, there was yelling, and a whole lot of staring from other people around us.As we explored the ship we made our way to the front of the ship on on
e of the top decks. Boy was it windy.(I was a chicken and didn't almost get blown away like everyone else)
Next the boys found the shuffle board and played a few games of that. It was pretty cold outside and so we all had to bundle up to watch them.
Tonight was our first formal night. It was fun to see everyone on the ship dressed up. I saw everything from prom dresses to really casual skirts. In the atrium of the ship where everyone was gathered they had this tower of wine glasses and people got to come up and help poor the wine on the top and let it flow down until all the glasses where full. Well Mari and I thought it would be fun to go help. So yes we helped fill up the wine glasses. Doug and Matt called us rebels, I'm just glad I had someone willing to do it with me. There was also a live band playing some music. So what do we do in the hallway with a bunch of people around us? We dance!
