Today was sweet Ashlyn's birthday. We have always had a special connection ever since that Sunday afternoon I met her at the Bells house. Our names are so similar that I think it helped her like me right away. She is the sweetest little girly girl and there was no way I was going to miss her birthday. I love being around her and spending time with her, she reminds me so much of my niece Bree(they are only a month apart). For Ashlyn's birthday, I gave her a certificate for a girls night out with me. Once everything settles down after the wedding, the girls night will be the next thing on the list for me to do.
