Tonight Doug and I went to Malwali’s pizza place for dinner. Doug and I really enjoy going here, they have great food. As we were asked to pay for our food we gave the guy our gift card from Doug’s work and the guy said it wasn’t working. So he brought his manager over and his manager comped our meal for the hassel of the gift card not working. Since the meal so extra free(if that is possible)we got a dessert pizza too. We were super excited about how great the manager was to give us a free meal. Well Doug’s pizza came out and we ate a little of his. Then we waited for my pasta. 5 min go by, 10 min, 15 min. Finally I went up and told the guy I never got my food. He said he would go check on it. 5 min later he came up to me to re take my order! I was really annoyed. Doug and I ordered at the same time so that we could eat together not so we could watch each other eat. Finally my food came and it was really good, but I was looking forward to the dessert pizza. Again we waited and waited…5, 10,15,20 min. NOTHING. THEY FORGOT ABOUT OUR DESSERT TOO. I have one thing to say to you Malwali, IF YOUR GOING TO GIVE A PERSON A FREE MEAL, TRY TO REMEMBER TO PLACE THEIR WHOLE ORDER, NOT JUST ONE PART OF IT.
I was so upset leaving that stupid place that I told him I will NOT go back there. If we want to eat there it will be to go and I will not go in to get it, he will.
We were able to end the night watching a Redbox movie together and so that helped with my bad mood. I love that Doug can help me get over my bad moods. I'm also glad Doug is always on my side =)
