Day Two Hundred and Four-Over the River and Through the Woods, To Grandmothers House We Go

Today after work we headed up to Idaho. This would be my first time in Idaho so I was really excited to take a picture with the Idaho sign. Well we still don't know how to use our camera at night very well, so these are the best pictues we have...


The drive once we got to Idaho was very dark. We needed our brights on the whole time. We even came upon a pack of deer(what do you call a bunch of deer together?) twice on the road. Both times caused us to slam on our brakes. The frist time our car horn made them get off the road. The second time the deer where taking their sweet time on the road, didn't really care we were there. I'm just grateful we didn't hit any deer. That wouldn't have been a pretty sight.

Once we got to Grandma Funk's house it was about 10pm. We stayed up pretty late talking about what we were going to do the next day and looking at pictures of the Bells from when they were all little. Doug was such a cute little boy. Probably the cutest of the boys, but I'm biased =)
