Blessing Day

I'm so grateful for the worthy priesthood holders in my life that were able to help in the blessing of our sweet Matix. Doug gave Matix a beautiful blessing. I'm so glad we had our family and close friends there to hear his blessing.

Family Time

We had lots of family in town this weekend for graduation and Matix's blessing. Today we had a little picnic at the park to celebrate Matix's blessing and Doug and Julie's graduation.

Graduation Day

Today was Doug's big graduation day 

 Doug and Julie were lucky enough to be able to walk together even though they were graduating from different schools

This Friday we will officially have BYU grad in our little family!!!

3 Months

About 15lbs and growing like a weed.

New tricks: grabbing at his toys and playing with them, everything now goes in your mouth, drooling like crazy, starting to teeth, FIRST GIGGLE!!

Loves: attention and lots of it, tummy time more and more, toy keys(they are his favorite)

Hates: falling asleep for naps

Sunday Best

Boy do I LOVE Sundays because that means I get to dress Matix in really cute clothes. I wish these clothes were comfy enough for him to wear every day.

The 15min LAX Game

Tonight we attempted to go to the BYU Lacrosse game to see our good friends Jacob and Jared play. It was a little overcast and sprinkling, but we decided to brave the weather and try it out. We bundled Matix up the best we could, grabbed an umbrella, and left. 

Luckily Matix fell asleep on the way to the game. We got there, sat by Megan and Jilian and about 5 min later the wind and rain really picked up. The blanket we brought we put over Matix's carseat and used the umbrella to cover him. We were hoping the weather would die down, but it didn't. So about 10 min later we decided we should go home. 

Hey at least we were there to show our support even if it was only for 15min. 

 Matix woke up on the way home from the game. The flash made his eyes get really big. 

Don't you love the beanie? Auntie Stephie got it for him. I LOVE it on him.

Easter Fun

This year we did Easter festivities with just our little family.

Before Easter baskets Matix graced us with a HUGE blow out. I mean poop all over him. We are just glad it was at home and not at church.

I got Doug some candy, Quaker chewy bars and a Gatorade.

After church we headed to the Provo Temple to walk around. It was so nice outside and a beautiful day.
